This new home straddles a creek and nestles into a wooded setting adjacent to a protected wetland. PSLA's design works with the limited open space to seamlessly blend the home into its existing environment. Terraced ground cover beds with new oaks lead to the home entrance and create a naturalistic setting. PSLA used the available space by creating a separate entrance and private courtyard for a guest apartment.
