PSLA envisioned a simple, contemporary design for this intimate courtyard located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Custom designed carpentry and terraces allow for entertaining, hidden storage and basement access while a boxwood hedge screens the dog run. Incorporating several existing specimen rhododendrons, the new planting defines the outdoor spaces, adding color and texture. The result is a visually strong outdoor living space for entertaining and relaxing.
