PLSA designed an undeveloped back yard into an entertainment and recreational space. Walls, stairs and a redesigned building facade, fitting the architectural style of the house create access from the English basement to the pool.

The pavilion, with a fireplace, kitchen, bar and media center, opens on three sides with views to the sun deck, spa and pool fountains. The 35-foot water slide adds a playful element for both children and adults, with the structure hidden in a raised garden bed.
