The Park Terrace Row Homes are a set of 12 new residences in downtown Mount Prospect, IL. With walkable distance to the train station, dining, and retail, the homes offer urban living and style within a suburban context. The homes also feature rooftop decks and a shared landscaped courtyard. PSLA has been working with the developer, SMART Builders, on the permitting process and landscape design for this unique development scheduled to be completed in 2019.
