newport cove

Newport Cove is a neighborhood of 67 home sites on 42 acres bordering the Chain of Lakes area in northern Illinois. PSLA designed a large community park adjacent to the waterfront with a pergola and outdoor kitchen for the residents' use. Signage design, a trail system and native plantings spread throughout the open space.
